Burn all your records and Compact Discs, and it you still for some reason have any mini discs and tapes well burn them too. Why? Because the icloud is here stupid. Get with it, don’t you know that there’s no need for stuff anymore. Stuff is clutter, even mp3s are clutter, they’re clutter on the hard drive so send them up to the icloud. And when you've done that then burn your iPad. I mean the original one as its so 2010. Get with it, its 2011 now so buy get the iPad 2. So what if its virtually the same as the first one, it’s a bit thinner and has a better processor. Surely they are good enough reasons to spend the best part of five hundred quid. No, don’t wait until next year when they bring out the iPad 3, just buy that as well.
In theory the icloud does sound like a good idea. My hard drive and external hard drive is mainly full up with music so it would make sense to upload them onto icloud and then delete the files from my computer. But not when to access icloud you have to be connected to the internet. I don’t want my music listening to be reliant on my internet connection.
I’m going to hold out on throwing all my stuff and deleting mp3s. And as for the iPad, I may well get a first generation one in a year or two when its gone down to a reasonable price.
